de su objeto social.<\/p><p>Para la transferencia o transmisi\u00f3n se deber\u00e1 tener acuerdo previo sobre la entrega de los datos, dicho acuerdo deber\u00e1 versar, como m\u00ednimo, sobre los siguientes aspectos.<\/p><ol><li>Alcance del tratamiento.<\/li><li>El tratamiento o actividades que el Encargo o Responsable realizara sobre los datos personales.<\/li><li>Las obligaciones de las partes frente al Titular o el encargado frente al responsable.<\/li><\/ol><p>Respecto al Encargado, este deber\u00e1 cumplir con los siguiente:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ol><li>Tratar los datos personales a
