History
Ultracom is a young and dynamic organization, which in a short time has managed to make its way in a competitive industry such as the technology sector in Colombia. To talk about its history is to refer to the path traveled by Freddy Angarita, Manager and sole shareholder who from a very young age showed interest and curiosity in exploring new technologies, this led him to train as a Systems Engineer at the Industrial University of Santander and from There he would begin a path of continuous learning that led him to develop highly valued technical skills and that would position him as an expert in his field.
His unstoppable need to solve problems via technology and share his learnings with the community earned him the MVP (Microsoft Most Valuable Professional) award from Microsoft for 12 consecutive years.
For several years, Freddy worked as a developer, consultant and trainer in different organizations. This allowed him to broaden his vision of the market and better understand the needs of customers, while receiving from them a reaffirmation that his knowledge in advanced analytics and databases of data were robust and had real impact on their organizations.
Thus, in 2017, with the trust of a client like Bancolombia and the courage and determination that have always characterized him, he embarked on the adventure of undertaking, reactivating the company that he had created with vision and almost premonitory in 2005.
From there, Freddy faces the challenges of consolidating a work team that shares his taste and passion for technology, but also his values and professional ethics when doing business.
All of his relationships with his clients begin to be framed in trust and little by little he manages to add to his portfolio of clients such representative brands as Grupo Uribe, Compensar, Avianca and Almacenes Éxito, just to mention a few.
Without a doubt, these 6 years as an entrepreneur have left Freddy great lessons that have allowed him to lay the foundations of the new organizational vision: a more structured ULTRACOM, with processes and policies that contribute to controlled growth, surrounded by the best talent, with a strong focus. of product to be able to go to the conquest of international markets.
